Product overview

The Wizzy Prime is Polycab's BLDC ceiling fan in the standard 1200mm sweep, which suits most bedrooms and living rooms. BLDC motors are marketed for lower power draw and quieter running than conventional induction-motor fans, and the BEE 5-star rating supports the efficiency claim at a category level. The included remote controls speed plus Reverse, Boost, Sleep and Breeze modes, and an LED indicator shows status. The listing advertises higher air delivery and a 3-year warranty.

Reasons to consider

• The merchant page confirms ₹3,233, which is below the ₹3,599 price seen for this same model in mid-September.
• BLDC motor plus BEE 5-star rating should mean meaningfully lower electricity use than older fans, worthwhile for fans running many hours daily.
• Remote control with Sleep, Breeze and Reverse modes adds convenience most budget fans lack.
• A 3-year warranty is above the usual 2-year cover in this segment.

Pros and cons

Pros

• Verified ₹3,233 selling price, in stock
• Energy-efficient BLDC motor with 5-star rating
• Remote with multiple airflow modes
• Long 3-year warranty on paper

Cons

• The advertised 56% discount could not be verified against an on-page MRP
• Sold by a third-party seller (RetailEZ Pvt Ltd), not Amazon Retail
• No coupon or bank offer was observed, so the price is what you see
• Noise and real-world airflow performance are not covered by the listing data we could read

Buyer fit

This suits buyers replacing an older induction fan who want lower power bills and remote convenience without paying premium-brand BLDC prices. If you specifically need smart-home/app control or a designer finish, look elsewhere — this is a functional, value-led fan.

Final verdict

At a confirmed ₹3,233, this is a solid price for a 5-star BLDC fan with remote and a 3-year warranty, and it undercuts the recent ₹3,599 listing for the same model. The headline 56% discount is unverified, so judge the deal on the ₹3,233 sticker rather than the percentage. If the fan fits your room size and you are comfortable with a third-party seller, it is worth buying at this price.
