Product overview

The Wizzy Neo is a 1200mm BLDC ceiling fan from Polycab. BLDC motors consume noticeably less power than conventional induction-motor fans, which is what supports the BEE 5-star rating in the listing title. This variant includes a remote control, an LED indicator on the fan, and reverse, sleep and breeze modes — features that were once limited to premium fans. The Beige Rosegold finish is a decorative colourway aimed at living rooms and bedrooms.

Reasons to consider

• BLDC efficiency at a low entry price. BLDC fans typically carry a premium over conventional models; ₹2,899 is a low entry point for the technology.
• Full remote feature set. Reverse, sleep and breeze modes plus a remote and LED indicator cover the convenience features most buyers want.
• 5-star BEE rating. Useful for buyers running fans for long hours, where motor efficiency compounds into real electricity savings.
• 3-year warranty. Per the listing, which is competitive for this price band.
• Fulfilled by Amazon. Shipping and returns are handled by Amazon, reducing seller risk.

Pros and cons

Pros

• Confirmed ₹2,899 selling price on the merchant page
• BLDC motor with BEE 5-star rating for lower running costs
• Remote, LED indicator, reverse, sleep and breeze modes
• 3-year warranty per the listing
• In stock with free delivery

Cons

• The advertised 62% off could not be verified — no MRP was captured on the observed page
• Sold by a third-party seller (RetailEZ Pvt Ltd), though fulfilled by Amazon
• Decorative Beige Rosegold finish may not suit every room
• LED indicator light on the fan body can bother light-sensitive sleepers if not dimmable

Buyer fit

This suits buyers replacing a conventional ceiling fan who want BLDC energy savings and remote convenience at a modest price. It is a reasonable pick for bedrooms and living rooms where the Beige Rosegold finish fits. Buyers who want a different colourway or prefer a brand with a wider service network should compare other BLDC models before deciding.

Final verdict

The ₹2,899 price is confirmed live on Amazon India, and for a 5-star BLDC fan with a full remote feature set and 3-year warranty, it represents solid value. Treat the 62% off figure cautiously since the reference MRP was not verified — but even ignoring the headline discount, ₹2,899 is a competitive price for this spec sheet. Worth considering if you are in the market for an efficient ceiling fan.
