Product overview

This is a budget ceiling fan aimed at standard Indian rooms. The 1200 mm sweep is the most common size for bedrooms and mid-sized living rooms, and the listing markets it as "ultra high speed" with an anti-dust coating that reduces visible dust buildup on the blades — a practical maintenance benefit in dusty environments. It is star rated per the listing title, which suggests a focus on lower power consumption, though the exact star rating and wattage were not confirmed on the captured page text.

Reasons to consider

• ₹1,299 is a low entry price for a 1200 mm decorative fan; comparable branded fans typically cost more.
• Anti-dust coating means less frequent cleaning, which matters for ceiling-mounted appliances.
• The 2-year warranty gives more coverage than the bare minimum often seen at this price.
• Amazon-fulfilled, so delivery and returns go through Amazon's standard process.
• An optional Servify 1-year extended warranty add-on (₹115) was shown on the page for extra coverage.

Pros and cons

Pros

• Verified ₹1,299 selling price and in-stock status
• Standard 1200 mm sweep suits most rooms
• Anti-dust blades and 2-year warranty
• Cash on delivery and free delivery available

Cons

• LONGWAY is a budget brand; long-term motor reliability is unproven versus Havells, Crompton or Orient
• Exact BEE star rating and wattage were not confirmed in the captured page text
• No remote or smart features at this price
• Price has been seen at ₹1,299 before, so this is a steady low price rather than a fresh drop

Buyer fit

This suits buyers who need a functional ceiling fan cheaply — for a rented flat, a spare room, or a bulk purchase — and who prioritise upfront cost over premium brand assurance. Buyers wanting documented energy ratings, quieter motors, or a long service network may prefer a mid-range fan from an established brand.

Final verdict

At ₹1,299 with the price confirmed on the product page and the item in stock, this is a fair deal for a basic 1200 mm anti-dust fan with a 2-year warranty. It is a sensible buy if you need an inexpensive fan now; it is not a standout discount, since the same price has appeared recently, so there is no urgency beyond your own need.
