Product overview

The Legion M300s is Lenovo's entry-level wired gaming mouse under the Legion brand. It pairs an adjustable optical sensor that tops out at 8,000 DPI with six programmable buttons, on-board RGB lighting and switches rated for 20 million clicks. The shape is a compact, lightweight design aimed at claw and fingertip grips, and Lenovo pitches the shell as optimised for comfort during longer sessions.

Reasons to consider

• ₹1,815 is a low price for a branded gaming mouse with a proper configurable button layout.
• Lenovo Legion accessories generally carry better build consistency than unbranded budget mice at this price.
• The wired connection removes latency and battery concerns, which matters for competitive play.
• The purchase is fulfilled by Amazon and sold by Clicktech Retail Private Ltd, a regular Lenovo accessories seller, which simplifies returns and warranty handling.

Pros and cons

Pros

• Confirmed ₹1,815 selling price on the merchant page
• 8,000 DPI adjustable sensor and six programmable buttons
• Lightweight wired design, well suited to FPS-style play
• Switch durability rated at 20 million clicks

Cons

• The advertised 60% discount could not be verified — no MRP was shown in the page data we could read
• Wired-only; no wireless option in this configuration
• Compact shape may not suit large hands or palm-grip users
• Software support is required to remap buttons and tune RGB

Buyer fit

This suits budget-conscious PC gamers who want a lightweight, responsive wired mouse from a known brand, and office users who want programmable buttons without spending on a flagship. Skip it if you need wireless, a larger ergonomic shell, or silent switches.

Final verdict

At a confirmed ₹1,815, the Legion M300s is worth buying if you are shopping for a wired gaming mouse in this bracket. The price is verified on the Amazon listing; only the advertised 60% discount is unconfirmed, so judge it on the absolute price rather than the claimed saving.
