At a glance

Quick facts

Product overview

This Lapgrade battery pack is an aftermarket replacement unit designed specifically for older Lenovo laptops, including the IdeaPad G460, G560, and Z560 series. These legacy laptops used removable multi-cell lithium-ion battery packs that degrade significantly over years of ownership. For owners looking to restore portable utility to an otherwise functional older laptop, aftermarket batteries offer a cost-effective alternative to OEM packs that are often discontinued.

Why consider it

At ₹153, this battery is priced lower than almost any standard electronics accessory or replacement part. If you have an older Lenovo G460, G560, or Z560 laptop that is currently tethered to a wall charger due to a completely dead internal pack, this deal offers a functional upgrade for minimal financial outlay. The listing is fulfilled by Amazon, offering standard return and replacement coverage.

Pros and cons

Pros:

• Extremely low price of ₹153 compared to the ₹2,600 list price.
• Fulfilled by Amazon, providing return protections if defective.
• Restores basic battery life to legacy Lenovo IdeaPad laptops.

Cons:

• Third-party compatible battery; customer rating averages 2.7 out of 5 stars.
• Compatible only with specific older Lenovo models (G460, G560, Z560).
• Extremely limited stock remaining.

Who should buy it

Owners of a Lenovo IdeaPad G460, G560, or Z560 who still use their device and need a functioning battery pack without spending thousands of rupees on rare legacy OEM parts.

Final verdict

At ₹153, the financial risk is negligible if you own a compatible Lenovo IdeaPad. Keep expectations realistic regarding aftermarket cell longevity, but as an affordable revival option for a legacy laptop, it is well worth ordering before the final units sell out.
