Amazon India: TVS Racing Titan Series Full-Face Helmet (Red, L) at ₹1,681

At a glance

Amazon India has the TVS Racing Titan Series full-face helmet (Red, size L) listed at ₹1,681, in stock and fulfilled by Amazon with the seller shown as ETrade Online. The listing is verified at the product level — the price comes from the Amazon buy box on the product page itself. Page text advertises "44 percent savings", but no explicit MRP was captured, so the discount depth is indicative rather than confirmed. Note this helmet has been listed between roughly ₹1,579 and ₹1,761 in recent weeks, so ₹1,681 is a typical rather than exceptional price.

Product overview

The Titan Series is TVS Racing's budget full-face helmet. It uses an ABS outer shell with UV-resistant paint, an aerodynamic shell shape and a quick-release retention system. It carries both DOT and ISI certification, which is the minimum a buyer should expect from a road helmet in India. This is a value-segment lid aimed at daily commuters rather than a premium touring or track helmet.

Reasons to consider

• ₹1,681 is a low entry price for a certified full-face helmet from a known two-wheeler brand.
• Dual DOT and ISI certification gives basic assurance on impact standards.
• Amazon fulfilment means straightforward delivery and returns handling.
• Quick-release fastening is convenient for daily use.

Pros and cons

Pros

• Verified ₹1,681 selling price on the merchant page
• DOT and ISI certified
• In stock with free delivery

Cons

• The advertised "44% savings" could not be tied to a confirmed MRP
• Middling 3.6-star rating across a small pool of 29 reviews
• Price has been both lower (₹1,579) and higher (₹1,761) recently

Buyer fit

This suits a commuter who needs a certified, brand-backed full-face helmet at a budget price and is not chasing premium features like pinlock visors or advanced ventilation. Riders wanting higher-rated comfort or build quality may prefer spending more.

Final verdict

The ₹1,681 price is confirmed on the product page, which makes this a legitimate listing rather than a phantom deal. However, it sits in the middle of this helmet's recent price range, and the claimed 44% discount is unverified. Worth buying if you need a certified budget helmet now; not a must-grab price if you can wait for a dip toward ₹1,579.
