Amazon India: MAHARAJA Plastic Chair Set (Brown, Pack of 4) for ₹2,619

Product overview

This is a set of four plastic chairs from MAHARAJA designed for living room and general home use. Each chair includes an arm rest and is described as having a modern glossy-and-matte finish. The listing states a bearing capacity of 200 kg per chair. The brown colourway is the variant on sale at this price.

Reasons to consider

• Per-chair cost is low: At roughly ₹655 per chair for an arm-rest design, this is competitive for budget plastic seating sold as a matched set.
• Amazon fulfilled: The order ships from Amazon, which generally means more predictable delivery and easier returns than marketplace-only fulfilment.
• Rated load: A stated 200 kg bearing capacity is a useful durability signal, though it is a manufacturer claim rather than an independently tested figure.
• In stock with free delivery: No shipping fee was shown at the price captured, with delivery estimated inside about a week.

Pros and cons

Pros

• Confirmed ₹2,619 selling price on the merchant page
• Four matching chairs in one purchase
• Arm rests and a 200 kg claimed capacity
• Free delivery, in stock

Cons

• The advertised "63% OFF" could not be verified — no MRP was shown
• Plastic build may not suit buyers wanting premium furniture
• Seller is a third party (RetailEZ Pvt Ltd), even though Amazon fulfils
• Price history shows the same ₹2,619 was already listed in recent days, so this is not a fresh drop

Buyer fit

This suits buyers furnishing a home, balcony or rental on a budget who want a matched set of chairs quickly. It is less compelling if you specifically need a verified discount off a known MRP, since the percentage saving could not be confirmed, or if you want a premium finish rather than functional plastic seating.

Final verdict

The ₹2,619 price is confirmed on the Amazon India product page and works out to a reasonable per-chair cost for an arm-rest set. What is not confirmed is the headline "63% OFF" — with no MRP displayed, the true saving is unknown, and the same price has been around for days. Worth buying if you need affordable plastic chairs now; do not buy purely on the advertised discount percentage.
