Product overview

The Haier Aqualis is a 15-litre vertical storage water heater aimed at small to medium households. Its 5-star energy rating indicates lower standby heat loss, which matters for a storage geyser that reheats water through the day. The 2.2kW heating element is on the faster side for this capacity, and the 8-bar pressure rating makes it usable in high-rise apartments where pump pressure is high. The listing bundles free installation and two connection pipes, which removes the usual extra cost and hassle of arranging a plumber separately.

Reasons to consider

• The ₹9,799 price is confirmed directly on the Amazon product page, so this is not just an advertised number.
• Free installation plus included connection pipes saves the extra spend and effort geysers without them usually require.
• The warranty terms — 4 years on the product and 7 years on the inner tank — are stronger than the coverage many budget geysers carry.
• 8-bar pressure support and a shock-proof body make it a practical pick for apartment bathrooms.

Pros and cons

Pros

• Confirmed in-stock price of ₹9,799 on Amazon.in
• 5-star energy rating for lower running costs
• Long tank warranty (7 years listed)
• Installation and pipes bundled

Cons

• The advertised 51% discount could not be verified — no MRP was visible in the captured page data
• 15L suits one bathroom; larger families needing back-to-back showers may want a bigger capacity
• Free installation eligibility can vary by pincode and is worth confirming at checkout

Buyer fit

This fits households needing a reliable geyser for a single bathroom, especially in high-rise buildings where the 8-bar rating matters. If you need instant heating for a kitchen sink or a larger capacity for multiple users, look at instant heaters or a bigger model instead.

Final verdict

A solid, verifiable price on a well-specced 15L geyser. At ₹9,799 with free installation, dual warranties and a 5-star rating, it is worth buying if you are in the market for a storage water heater — just treat the advertised 51% off figure as approximate, since the original MRP was not visible on the page we checked.
