Product overview

This is Haier's large-format side-by-side refrigerator for families that need serious capacity. The 598 litre HRT-683GK carries a 3-star energy rating, a frost-free expert inverter compressor, a convertible section Haier calls Magic Convertible, and Deo Fresh technology for odour control. The finish is Graphite Black. Amazon lists it as a 2026 model. An exchange offer is also shown on the page, which can reduce the upfront cost further if you have an old refrigerator to trade, though exchange value is confirmed only at doorstep.

Reasons to consider

• 598 litres is genuinely large capacity for big households, at an advertised effective price that undercuts many rivals in this size class.
• Inverter compressor and frost-free operation are the features buyers typically want at this price.
• The stacking structure (coupon + cashback + card discount) means even partial eligibility can still produce a meaningful discount off the ₹75,990 listed price.
• The cashback component requires collecting a reward on Amazon's rewards page; Amazon notes it is not available to all customers.

Pros and cons

Pros

• Very large capacity for the advertised effective price
• Inverter compressor, convertible compartment, frost-free
• Multiple stacking components give fallback savings if one does not apply

Cons

• The ₹22,250 component needs an SBI credit card; without it the effective price is much higher
• The ₹1,000 cashback is a targeted reward, not universal
• Advertised effective price could not be verified against Amazon's structured pricing
• Only a 3-star energy rating, so running costs are higher than 4/5-star models

Buyer fit

Best for large families upgrading to a side-by-side who already hold an SBI credit card and can collect the coupon and cashback reward. If you do not have an SBI card, check which bank offer your account shows before assuming the ₹50,740 figure applies to you.

Final verdict

Worth a look if you need a big side-by-side refrigerator and qualify for the SBI card discount — the advertised effective ₹50,740 is aggressive for 598 litres. Treat ₹50,740 as a best-case stack rather than a guaranteed checkout price: confirm the coupon checkbox, collect the cashback reward, and check the SBI offer on your own Amazon account before ordering.
