Product overview

The Kratos KMW02 is a budget dual wireless microphone set aimed at phone video recording, YouTube, interviews and casual content creation. The listing describes 360-degree sound capture, noise reduction, a magnetic collar clip, plug-and-play operation, a claimed 40-metre range, and compatibility through Type-C and Lightning connectors.

A dual-microphone arrangement can be useful for two-person videos without immediately buying a more expensive creator kit. However, the modest 3.6-star average from a relatively small review base suggests buyers should keep expectations realistic and check the recent reviews for comments about connection stability, battery life and audio quality.

Why consider it

The ₹599 selling price is the main attraction. Even if the advertised ₹2,999 MRP is treated cautiously, this remains a very low entry price for a dual wireless microphone set. The broader Kratos accessories selection also includes a ₹699 aluminium tripod and higher-priced selfie-stick tripod models, so shoppers assembling a basic mobile recording setup can compare the range in one place.

The microphone is listed as plug-and-play and includes both Type-C and Lightning support, which reduces the need for separate adapters on compatible phones. Amazon’s observed listing also says the item is shipped by Amazon and sold by Cocoblu Retail.

Pros and cons

Pros

• Low observed selling price of ₹599.
• Dual wireless microphones can suit interviews and two-person recordings.
• Type-C and Lightning support broadens phone compatibility.
• Magnetic collar clip and plug-and-play design are convenient for casual creators.
• In stock with a quoted delivery date at the time of checking.

Cons

• The 3.6-star rating is modest and based on only 52 reviews.
• The ₹2,999 MRP and 80% discount are advertised figures rather than a guarantee of long-term market value.
• Noise reduction and 40-metre range are manufacturer/listing claims; we did not independently test them.
• Delivery timing can vary by location and checkout account.

Who should buy it

This is best suited to beginners, students and casual creators who want an inexpensive wireless microphone setup for phone videos and can accept budget-tier limitations. It may also work as a spare or low-risk starter kit.

It is less compelling for professional recording, demanding outdoor use or anyone who needs dependable audio quality without checking reviews carefully. Buyers should inspect compatibility with their exact phone model and read recent customer feedback before ordering.

Final verdict

At ₹599, the Kratos KMW02 is worth considering if you need a low-cost dual wireless microphone and understand that its rating is mixed. The verified product-page price is strong for the advertised feature set, but the modest reviews mean this is a budget experiment rather than an assured upgrade to reliable creator audio.
