Amazon: Fitkit 10kg Digital Kitchen Food Scale Listed at ₹399

At a glance

A budget digital kitchen scale from Fitkit is listed on Amazon.in at ₹399, in stock with free delivery at the time of checking. Product overview

The Fitkit Digital Kitchen Food Scale is a compact grey countertop scale rated to 10 kg, aimed at diet tracking, portion control and everyday baking or cooking. It offers an LCD readout, a tare function to zero out containers, and unit conversion so you can switch between grams and other units. At ₹399 it sits firmly in entry-level territory, where accuracy is generally fine for home cooking but not for precision tasks like dosing to tenths of a gram.

Reasons to consider

• ₹399 is inexpensive for a 10 kg-capacity digital kitchen scale.
• The listing shows the item in stock and Amazon-fulfilled, which usually means faster, more reliable delivery and easier returns.
• Tare and unit conversion cover the basics most home cooks actually need.

Pros and cons

Pros

• Low entry price at the observed ₹399
• 10 kg capacity is generous for a budget scale
• In stock with free delivery observed on the page

Cons

• The advertised headline price was lower than the ₹399 the page shows
• Budget build quality; longevity at this price is uncertain
• Sold by a third-party seller (Amazon-fulfilled), so warranty handling may vary

Buyer fit

Good fit for anyone who needs a cheap, functional kitchen scale for calorie tracking or casual baking and wants it delivered quickly. Skip if you need fine precision, a rechargeable model, or a known-premium brand.

Final verdict

Worth picking up if you need a basic kitchen scale — ₹399 is a fair price for what this offers, even though it is above the advertised headline figure. If you were waiting for a lower price, check whether a coupon appears at checkout or wait for a festive sale dip.
