Quick facts

Product overview

The ESR Geo Digital iPad Pencil is a third-party stylus for iPad positioned as a cheaper alternative to the Apple Pencil. Its headline feature is integration with Apple's Find My network, so a misplaced pencil can be located the same way you would find an AirTag or AirPods. It also advertises easy shortcut controls and palm-rejection-style usability across a very wide range of iPads — from 2018 models up to the current iPad (A16), iPad Air, iPad Pro and iPad Mini generations listed for 2026.

The main hardware compromise versus an Apple Pencil is charging: this model does not support wireless charging and must be topped up over a cable. It is sold on Amazon.in by ESR Official, the brand's own storefront.

Reasons to consider

• Find My support is rare at this price. Most budget styluses skip Apple's Find My integration entirely; being able to ping a lost pencil adds real everyday value.
• Broad compatibility. One pencil covers iPads from 2018 through the 2026 lineup, which is useful if you upgrade tablets or share across family devices.
• Far cheaper than Apple Pencil. At ₹2,326 it costs a fraction of an Apple Pencil Pro or even the USB-C Apple Pencil, while covering basic note-taking and drawing needs.
• Official seller. The listing is fulfilled through ESR's own store, which is better for warranty support than an unknown third-party seller.

Pros and cons

Pros

• Confirmed in-stock at ₹2,326 on Amazon.in
• Apple Find My integration for locating the pencil
• Shortcut controls for quick actions
• Wide iPad compatibility (2018-2026 models)
• Sold by ESR Official, a recognisable accessories brand

Cons

• No wireless charging — requires a cable
• Advertised 53% discount could not be verified against a displayed MRP on the product page
• Third-party styluses generally lack pressure sensitivity and tilt features comparable to Apple Pencil for professional art work

Buyer fit

This suits iPad owners who want a capable everyday stylus for notes, marking up documents and casual sketching without paying Apple Pencil prices — and who value the Find My safety net. Artists who rely on advanced pressure/tilt response, or buyers who specifically want magnetic wireless charging, should compare it against Apple's own options or ESR's wireless-charging variants before buying.

Final verdict

At ₹2,326, the ESR Geo Digital iPad Pencil is a reasonably priced Find My-enabled stylus with unusually broad iPad support, and the price is confirmed live on Amazon.in. The advertised 53% discount is a claim rather than a verified figure — the page did not show a reference MRP — so judge it on the absolute price, which is competitive for what it offers. Worth buying if you need an iPad stylus now and can live with wired charging.
