Product overview
The Elica WDFL 906 HAC LTW MS NERO is a 90 cm kitchen chimney engineered for mid to large kitchens with multi-burner cooktops. Boasting a suction capacity of 1350 m³/hr, it is well-suited to heavy frying, grilling, and typical Indian culinary habits that produce significant smoke and oil mist.
Its filterless autoclean design eliminates messy mesh or baffle filter maintenance. Instead, heating elements melt away accumulated grease inside the housing and channel it into an easily detachable oil collector. The unit also features motion sensor technology, allowing users to wave a hand across the panel to turn the chimney on or change suction speeds without leaving grease marks on touch controls.
Reasons to consider
- High Airflow: At 1350 m³/hr, it moves heavy volumes of smoke quickly, keeping open-plan kitchens fresh.
- Low Maintenance: Filterless operation means no frequent soaking or scrubbing of greasy filters.
- Motion Sensor Convenience: Wave-activated controls make speed adjustments effortless while hands are covered in flour or spices.
- Extended Warranty Coverage: Amazon lists 15 years warranty on the motor and 5 years comprehensive warranty from Elica.
Why consider it
Buyers looking for a hands-free, high-suction chimney for 3 to 5 burner stoves will find this model well-balanced between suction power and low maintenance.

Buyer fit

Who should buy it
Homeowners setting up or upgrading a large modular kitchen looking for reliable oil collection and minimal ongoing cleaning.
