Product overview

This is a stainless steel chopping board pitched for vegetable and fruit cutting, kneading dough and cake prep. Steel boards appeal to buyers who find wooden boards hard to maintain or plastic boards prone to knife grooves; the surface is non-porous, easy to wash and does not absorb odours or stains. The 31.8 x 21 cm footprint is a medium size suited to everyday prep rather than large-batch work.

Why consider it

• The merchant page confirms a low absolute price of ₹176, in stock with free delivery options.
• A 4.1-star rating across roughly 4,747 ratings suggests broadly acceptable real-world performance for the price.
• Fulfilled by Amazon and sold by RetailEZ Pvt Ltd, which keeps returns and delivery straightforward.

Pros and cons

Pros:

• Hygienic, non-porous steel surface that resists stains and odours
• Very low price point for a steel board
• In stock with quick delivery options at the confirmed ₹176 price

Cons:

• The advertised ₹149 / 67%-off claim is not what the page currently shows
• Steel boards can be louder under the knife and harder on knife edges than wood or plastic
• Only one size (31.8 x 21 cm) is covered by this listing

Who should buy it

Worth a look if you want a cheap, low-maintenance steel board for daily chopping and dough work. Skip it if you prefer a knife-friendly surface, need a large board, or were buying specifically because of the advertised ₹149 figure.

Final verdict

At the confirmed ₹176 this is a reasonably priced, well-rated steel chopping board and a sensible buy if you need one. The deeper advertised discount could not be verified, so buy it for the current price rather than the claimed 67% off.
