Product overview

This is a basic digital bathroom scale from Boldfit, an Indian fitness-accessories brand. It uses an LCD readout and is rated for body weights up to 180 kg, which covers most household users. It is a no-frills scale: it measures body weight only, with no body-fat, BMI or smart-connectivity features. Power comes from replaceable batteries, and the listing explicitly notes that batteries are not included in the box, so you will need a pair ready on day one.

Reasons to consider

• At ₹399 it sits at the budget end of the digital scale category, where similar 180 kg LCD scales typically cost more.
• Fulfilled by Amazon means standard Amazon delivery, returns and customer-service handling rather than a marketplace-only shipment.
• The 180 kg capacity and simple LCD display cover the core job — quick, readable weight checks at home.
• The page flags this as a limited-period festive offer, so the price may not hold for long.

Pros and cons

Pros

• Verified ₹399 selling price on the merchant page
• 180 kg maximum capacity
• In stock with free delivery shown
• Amazon-fulfilled shipping and returns

Cons

• Batteries are not included, a small extra cost
• No current MRP was captured, so the advertised 79% discount cannot be confirmed
• Basic scale only — no smart features or body-composition metrics
• Sold by a third-party seller (Kay Kay Overseas), though shipping is via Amazon

Buyer fit

This suits anyone who wants a cheap, simple digital scale for home use — tracking body weight without paying for app connectivity or body-composition sensors they may never use. It is a reasonable pick for a first scale, a spare bathroom, or a hostel room. Buyers who want body-fat analysis, user profiles or smartphone syncing should look at smart scales instead, which cost significantly more.

Final verdict

At ₹399 with the price confirmed on the Amazon.in product page, this is a solid buy if you need a straightforward digital weighing scale. The discount depth (advertised at 79% off) is unverified because no MRP was captured, so judge it on the ₹399 price itself — which is competitive on its own. Add a pair of batteries to the order, and factor in that this is a limited-period offer: if the price matters, don't wait.
