Product overview

The Nirvana Ion ANC is boAt's budget noise-cancelling earbud. It pairs active noise cancellation rated at roughly 32dB with a claimed total playtime of 120 hours including the charging case — an unusually large battery figure for this price band. You also get Bluetooth 5.3, a quad-microphone ENx setup for calls, app support through boAt's companion app, and the company's Crystal Bionic Sound tuning. The Crystal Black variant is what's on offer here.

Reasons to consider

• Verified price: Amazon's own page confirms ₹1,699, matching the advertised figure — no coupon or card trick needed.
• Affordable ANC: Active noise cancellation at ₹1,699 is still relatively uncommon, and ~32dB is a respectable rating for the segment.
• Battery headroom: The claimed 120-hour total playtime is well above category norms, so even discounting marketing optimism, real-world endurance should be strong.
• In stock with free delivery: The listing showed free delivery with a near-term delivery estimate at the time of checking.

Pros and cons

Pros

• Price confirmed on the merchant page — this is not just an advertised claim
• ANC, app support and Bluetooth 5.3 in a sub-₹1,700 package
• Very high claimed battery life
• Sold by an Amazon-fulfilled seller, which simplifies returns

Cons

• No MRP or discount percentage was captured, so we cannot quantify how good the deal is versus its usual street price
• Budget ANC performance typically trails mid-range options; expect noise reduction, not silence
• Rating data on the listing is limited, so long-term reliability is unverified

Buyer fit

This suits buyers wanting noise-cancelling TWS earbuds on a tight budget — commuters, students, or anyone wanting a spare pair without stretching to mid-range pricing. If you prioritise best-in-class ANC or premium sound, higher-tier models will serve you better. It's also a reasonable pick for heavy listeners given the battery claims.

Final verdict

At a confirmed ₹1,699, the boAt Nirvana Ion ANC is a sensible buy if you need affordable ANC earbuds — the specs per rupee are strong and the price checks out on Amazon's page. Worth it for budget buyers; less compelling if you already own capable earbuds or need top-tier noise cancellation.
