Amazon: Bajaj Gold Coconut Hair Oil 500ml at ₹193 (Advertised ₹190 With Coupon)

At a glance

Bajaj Gold Coconut Hair Oil enriched with Vitamin E (500ml) is listed on Amazon.in at ₹193. A deal listing advertised it at ₹190 after a 2% coupon, which is broadly consistent with the merchant price. The merchant page confirms the live price but does not display an MRP or a verified coupon code, so the advertised 57% off MRP (₹440) cannot be confirmed.

Quick facts

Product overview

This is a 500ml bottle of Bajaj's coconut-based hair oil, marketed with added Vitamin E. Coconut hair oils are a staple for scalp massage and pre-wash conditioning, and 500ml is a family-size pack rather than a trial size. On Amazon the unit price works out to ₹38.60 per 100ml, which is a fair reference point when comparing it against other coconut hair oils on the platform. The offer was advertised at ₹190, while the merchant page currently shows ₹193 — a gap of only a few rupees, plausibly explained by the checkout-level coupon the listing mentioned.

Reasons to consider

• The live merchant price (₹193) is very close to the advertised deal price of ₹190, so the offer is essentially intact.
• 500ml at under ₹200 is a competitive per-100ml cost for a branded coconut hair oil.
• The order is fulfilled by Amazon, which typically means reliable delivery and easier returns.
• If the 2% coupon appears on your account, the effective price drops slightly below the displayed ₹193.

Pros and cons

Pros

• Verified live merchant price of ₹193 on Amazon.in
• Low per-100ml cost for a branded 500ml hair oil
• Amazon-fulfilled shipping with free delivery shown
• Advertised claim is closely matched by what the merchant page shows

Cons

• The claimed 57% discount relies on an MRP of ₹440 that the merchant page does not display, so the true saving is unverified
• The 2% coupon was not observed in extracted coupon data; it may be account- or checkout-specific
• Sold by a third-party seller (RK World Infocom Pvt Ltd), which some buyers prefer to weigh
• Historical listing data suggests this product has been discounted before, so the price is good rather than unique

Buyer fit

This suits households that already use coconut hair oil and want to restock a branded option at a low per-ml cost. It is also reasonable for anyone curious about Vitamin E-enriched coconut oil without spending much. If you specifically want a cold-pressed or 100% pure coconut oil, check the ingredient details on the listing before buying, since this is positioned as an enriched cosmetic hair oil.

Final verdict

At ₹193 for 500ml on Amazon.in, this is a solid everyday price for a branded coconut hair oil, and the advertised ₹190-with-coupon claim is essentially accurate. The headline 57% discount cannot be verified because no MRP appears on the merchant page, so treat that figure as promotional rather than proven. Worth buying if you need hair oil anyway; not compelling enough to stock up purely on the claimed discount.
