Amazon: Ant Esports MP385R RGB Gaming Mousepad (650×300×3mm) at ₹408

At a glance

The Ant Esports MP385R is a large RGB gaming mousepad (650 × 300 × 3 mm) currently listed on Amazon.in at ₹408, down from the ₹449 price we saw on it a few weeks ago. The Amazon buybox confirms the ₹408 selling price and shows the pad in stock, sold by Clicktech Retail Private Ltd and shipped by Amazon, with a "Limited Period Festive Offer" tag on the page. A source alert advertised it as "86% off", which would imply an MRP near ₹2,900 — the product page did not expose an MRP to us, so treat that percentage as an advertised figure, not a confirmed saving.

Product overview

The MP385R is an extended-format desk mat rather than a standard mousepad: at 65 cm wide it is sized to sit under both a keyboard and mouse. It carries a speed-style surface aimed at low-friction mouse glide, a rubber base to keep it planted, stitched edges to slow fraying, and a waterproof coating to shrug off spills. The RGB strip around the border offers 7 colours and 3 lighting modes, powered over USB. Ant Esports is a budget Indian gaming-peripherals brand, so this sits firmly at the value end of the market.

Reasons to consider

• At ₹408, this is among the cheapest ways to get a large RGB desk mat from a known budget brand; comparable RGB extended pads from bigger names usually cost several times more.
• The price is lower than the ₹449 at which this same listing appeared a few weeks ago, so the current festive-offer pricing is a genuine improvement.
• Amazon fulfilment and a professional seller (Clicktech Retail) mean standard Amazon delivery and returns apply.
• Waterproofing and stitched edges address the two most common failure modes on cheap mats — spill damage and edge fraying.

Pros and cons

Pros

• Large 650 × 300 mm surface covers keyboard and mouse
• RGB edge lighting with multiple colours and modes at a very low price
• Water-resistant surface, stitched edges, non-slip base
• In stock, shipped by Amazon with free delivery options shown

Cons

• The advertised "86% off" could not be verified — no MRP was exposed on the page
• USB-powered lighting adds a cable to manage; no software control is mentioned
• Budget-brand build and RGB longevity are unproven; we did not test the pad hands-on

Buyer fit

This suits a PC gamer or home-office user who wants a full-desk mat with RGB flair without spending on premium brands. It is a reasonable upgrade over a bare desk or a worn-out small pad. Buyers who want software-driven lighting, thicker 4–5 mm cushioning, or established brand warranty support should look at higher-priced alternatives.

Final verdict

The ₹408 price is confirmed on Amazon.in and is the lowest we've seen for this listing — a genuinely cheap entry point for a large RGB mousepad with sensible features for the money. What we cannot confirm is the headline "86% off" figure, since the page showed no list price to compare against. If you want an extended RGB mat on a tight budget, this is easy to recommend at ₹408; just buy it for what it is, not for the advertised discount.
