Product overview

This is a floor-standing water dispenser from Amazon's own Amazon Basics line. It dispenses both hot and cold water and uses a top-loading bottle design rated at 20 litres, aimed at homes and small offices that want a no-frills dispenser rather than a plumbed-in purifier. The listing shows the White & Blue Deco variant. Amazon's page also offers an optional Servify Care 1-year extended warranty add-on for ₹379, which kicks in after the brand warranty ends and covers mechanical and electrical breakdowns to the extent of the manufacturer's warranty.

Reasons to consider

• The ₹6,599 price is confirmed directly on the Amazon product page — it is the live buy-box price, not just an advertised figure.
• Hot and cold dispensing in one floor-standing unit covers both drinking water and quick hot-water needs like tea or instant noodles.
• Sold by Clicktech Retail Private Ltd and Amazon fulfilled, which generally means smoother delivery and returns handling.
• The optional ₹379 extended warranty is inexpensive relative to the product price if you want extra cover beyond the standard brand warranty.

Pros and cons

Pros

• Verified ₹6,599 selling price with the item in stock
• Dual hot and cold output in a single unit
• Amazon fulfilled with free delivery
• Cheap optional extended warranty available

Cons

• No MRP or discount percentage is shown on the captured page data, so it is unclear whether ₹6,599 is a deal price or the regular selling price
• Top-loading bottle design means lifting heavy 20-litre jars onto the unit
• No coupon or bank offer was observed, so the price is the plain listed price
• Brand warranty terms are not detailed in the captured page text

Buyer fit

This suits households, small offices, shops or clinics that need a simple hot-and-cold dispenser for standard 20-litre water jars and prefer buying from Amazon for the delivery and returns experience. It is less suited to buyers wanting bottom-loading convenience, built-in purification, or a compact countertop unit.

Final verdict

At ₹6,599 with the price verified on the product page and the unit in stock, this is a fair buy if you need a basic hot-and-cold floor-standing dispenser — just note there is no confirmed discount against an MRP, so treat it as a reasonable listed price rather than a deep-cut deal. Worth buying if you need one.
