At a glance

The Acer Professional Laptop Backpack (15.6-inch, Black) is listed on Amazon.in at ₹1,373, against an MRP of ₹8,999 — an advertised saving of about 85%. The ₹1,373 figure is the current selling price shown on the product page, and the item is in stock, shipped by Amazon and sold by Clicktech Retail Private Ltd. Note that the rating is a middling 3.8 out of 5 from just 12 reviews, so this is a budget buy rather than a proven performer.

Quick facts

Product overview

This is Acer's budget professional backpack for laptops up to 15.6 inches. The listing highlights a sleek PU (polyurethane) exterior, a built-in USB charging passthrough port, and multiple secure compartments. It is marketed as a unisex bag suitable for office, college or gifting. The ₹1,373 price was confirmed on the merchant page; the ₹8,999 MRP and 85%-off figure are the listing's own claims and, as with most marketplace MRPs, should be read as a reference ceiling rather than a true market price.

Reasons to consider

• ₹1,373 is a low absolute price for a branded 15.6-inch laptop backpack.
• USB charging passthrough is useful for commuters who carry a power bank.
• Amazon fulfilment means standard delivery, returns and payment protection apply.
• Acer branding and a professional-looking PU finish suit office use and gifting.

Pros and cons

Pros

• Verified selling price of ₹1,373 on the product page, currently in stock.
• USB charging port and organised compartments at a budget price.
• Free delivery shown (location-dependent), sold by an established retail seller.

Cons

• Only 3.8/5 stars from 12 reviews — a small sample with lukewarm feedback.
• PU material is not as durable or weather-resistant as nylon or polyester rivals.
• The ₹8,999 MRP is almost certainly inflated; do not treat the 85% saving literally.
• The USB port is a passthrough cable — it does not include a power bank.

Buyer fit

A reasonable pick if you need an inexpensive, presentable laptop bag for daily commuting, college or a gift, and you are comfortable with modest review scores. If you carry expensive gear daily, ride in heavy rain, or want long-term durability, a higher-rated bag from brands like American Tourister or Lenovo may be worth the extra spend.

Final verdict

At ₹1,373 this Acer backpack is a sensible budget buy — the price is confirmed live on Amazon.in and the bag covers the basics (15.6-inch fit, USB passthrough, organised storage). Go in with realistic expectations: the muted 3.8-star rating and PU build suggest acceptable rather than outstanding quality, and the headline 85% discount is against an inflated MRP. Worth it if you need a cheap professional-looking bag now; not a must-buy otherwise.
