AJIO: Bata Shoes Advertised at Up to 80% Off (Discount Unverified)

At a glance

• Warning: The advertised up-to-80% discount on Bata footwear at AJIO could not be verified. The destination is a Bata brand listing page filtered to items at 70% discount and above, but no product-bound prices or MRPs were visible at the time of checking. Treat the 80% figure as a ceiling, not a guaranteed discount.

Quick facts

• Merchant: AJIO (ajio.com)
• Brand: Bata
• Advertised discount: Up to 80% off
• What the page shows: A Bata brand page filtered to listings with 70%+ discount, sorted by discount
• Product types in filter: Casual shoes, flip flops and slippers
• Verified price: None — no product-level pricing could be read

Product overview

Bata is one of India's most established footwear brands, selling affordable everyday shoes, sandals, flip flops and slippers across men's, women's and kids' ranges. The destination link leads to AJIO's Bata brand listing page. Notably, the page's own filter settings show products narrowed to the '70% and above' discount range, which lends partial support to the idea that heavily discounted Bata items exist on AJIO right now. However, no individual product prices, MRPs or availability could be confirmed from the page itself.

Reasons to consider

• The listing filter observed on the page targets items at 70%+ discount, consistent with a genuine deep-discount sale on select Bata items
• Bata is a reliable, widely available footwear brand for daily wear
• AJIO offers standard marketplace conveniences like returns and multiple payment options

Pros and cons

Pros:

• Page filter suggests some Bata items really are listed at steep discounts
• Broad selection of footwear types under one brand page

Cons:

• The advertised '80% off' is not confirmed; it is a maximum, not a store-wide rate
• No verified selling prices, MRPs or stock status on any specific product
• Deepest discounts typically apply only to select styles and sizes

Buyer fit

Worth a look if you already shop for Bata footwear or want budget casual shoes, flip flops or slippers. Shoppers should open individual listings on AJIO and confirm the actual discount and size availability rather than assuming 80% off across the board.

Final verdict

A plausible sale lead — the Bata brand page on AJIO is indeed filtered to 70%-and-above discounts — but the advertised 80% off could not be verified on any specific product. Browse the listings and check per-item prices before buying; don't expect the full 80% on every style.
