Acer DreamWave 5W Bluetooth Speaker with Night Light and White Noise — ₹998 on Amazon

At a glance

• Product: Acer DreamWave Bluetooth 5W speaker — a portable bedside unit combining a speaker, water-ripple RGB night light and white-noise sound machine
• Price: ₹998 confirmed on the Amazon India product page, in stock at the time of checking
• Advertised saving: A regular price of ₹1,774 was reported alongside this deal and a much steeper percentage-off headline was claimed; the advertised figures do not support that headline, and the merchant page displayed no MRP, so treat the discount claim with caution.
• Seller: Sold by Clicktech Retail Private Ltd, ships from Amazon

Quick facts

Product overview

The Acer DreamWave is a compact multifunction bedside device rather than a pure speaker. Alongside a 5W Bluetooth speaker it packs a 1500mAh rechargeable battery, TF-card and AUX playback, an RGB water-ripple projection lamp and a white-noise sound machine for sleep. It is aimed at bedside tables, kids' rooms and casual listening rather than party-grade audio. The product page confirms free delivery with a fast shipping window and shows the item in stock, fulfilled by Amazon and sold by Clicktech Retail Private Ltd.

Reasons to consider

• At ₹998 it bundles three gadgets — speaker, mood lamp and white-noise machine — into one bedside unit.
• Sold by Clicktech Retail with Amazon fulfilment, which generally means smoother delivery and returns.
• TF-card and AUX support give playback options beyond Bluetooth.
• The 1500mAh battery makes it usable away from a socket.

Pros and cons

Pros

• Verified ₹998 selling price on the merchant page
• Multi-function design suits a bedside or desk setup
• Amazon fulfilment with a named third-party seller

Cons

• 5W output is modest — this is not a room-filling party speaker
• The advertised discount headline is inflated versus the advertised ₹1,774 regular price, and no MRP was shown on the page to anchor the saving
• No hands-on testing evidence; audio quality and lamp brightness are unverified

Buyer fit

Best for someone wanting a low-cost bedside speaker with ambient lighting and sleep sounds — a bedroom, kids' room or gift purchase. Buyers after louder audio, stereo separation or a known premium sound signature should look at dedicated speakers in this price band instead.

Final verdict

At ₹998 the price is real and confirmed on Amazon, and the feature set is generous for under a thousand rupees. The discount headline is inflated versus the advertised regular price, so buy it because ₹998 is a fair price for a 5W speaker-plus-lamp combo — not because of the claimed percentage off.
